The schedule for this year’s rollercon is now online. Here are a few highlights of what will be covered and what events & workshops look cool:
August 8th:
- Gear 101 - Skate Anatomy and Maintenance workshop with Trish the Dish from Sin City Skates, 1-2:30 pm
- Welcome Banquet at Imperial Palace at 6 pm (sold out)
August 9th:
- Balancing Sport and Show workshop with Hurt Reynolds from Have Derby, Will Travel, 11-12 pm
- Burlesque Show & Skate Gear Fashion Show, Double Down Saloon 10 pm
August 10th:

- WFTDA: Applying for Membership workshop with She Who Cannot be Named from Rocky Mountain Rollergirls, 1-2:30 pm
- Black N Blue Ball, Imperial Palace 9 pm
August 11th:
- Venue Setup, Timeline and Entertainment workshop with Bone Crawford and Lily Whip, 2:30-3:30 pm
- Derby Wedding, Double Down Saloon midnight
Each day also has skate skills and training for fresh meat, rookies, intermediate and advanced skaters, yoga in the morning, a skatepark tour with Dahmernatrix from Duke City Derby, and a ton of other workshops and social events. There are also pickup scrimmages at Flamingo Banks each night and 20 minute challenge bouts on Fremont Street Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
